Trust in Predictive Care Intelligence

Earlier awareness, with clear consent and boundaries.

Care Intelligence is only useful when parents remain in control and families understand what the system does, what it does not do and how information is handled.

1

Parents remain in control

The parent’s choices and consent sit at the centre of conversations, memory and what is shared with family. Silver Being is not designed to take away independence.

2

Consent is separate and clear

Required data-processing consent and optional WhatsApp updates permission are recorded separately. Declining WhatsApp never prevents joining the waitlist or applying.

3

Collect less

Release one stores no call audio, transcripts, diagnoses, medication lists, medical documents, identity documents or raw IP addresses.

4

Bounded family access

Families can only read their household summary, application status, confirmed interactions, briefs and actions. Internal notes are never exposed.

5

Time-bounded retention

Unconverted waitlist entries, checks and closed applications are de-identified after 12 months. Earlier deletion and consent-withdrawal requests are honoured.
